Instagram Photo-Contest

Port Adriano has launched a photo contest in the social network Instagram and gives 3 dinner port vouchers for the best photo! Open to all individuals of majority of age that meet the following conditions: Dates of the contest: The contest will start  on September 28 and will end on October 18, 2015, both inclusive. Prizes: There will be three prizes, one per week, consisting of a voucher of € 60 for dinner at any restaurant of Port Adriano. Winners cannot exchange the prize for money, it has to be spent with the participants restaurants. In case of resignation of the same, may not transfer the prize to a third party. The winners have to be of legal age. Promotion requirements: Instagram users may participate by uploading a photo of Port Adriano in Instagram with the hashtag #iloveportadriano. Also, the user must follow the port profile instagram @portadriano. Both requirements are essential to access to the prize. Images must be taken in the port and can refer to any element that can be found in it. In any case port must be recognizable in photos to verify that they have made in the port. Each contestant may participate with as many images as they want. Assignment of the prizes: Among all the participating images, a jury will choose 3 photos each week and they will be uploaded to the profile of Port Adriano Instagram. Most voted photography on @portadriano profile of Instagram during the following week, will be the winner. The jury will evaluate, the quality, style and originality of the image, as well as the identity value of the port in the image. After each week of the contest, the posted images won´t take part in the following week, only the images posted during the current week will be take part in that week selection. Selection of photography: From September 28th  to October 4th . The 3 finalists photos will be uploaded to the profile of Port Adriano on 5 October. The photo with more likes until Sunday October 11th will be the winner. From  October 5th to October 11th . The 3 finalists photos will be uploaded to Port Adriano's profile on October 13th . The photo with more likes until  Sunday October 18th will be the winner. From October 12th to October 18th. The 3 finalists photos will be uploaded to Port Adriano's profile on October 19th . The photo with more likes until Sunday October 25th  will be the winner. In case of tie, the jury will decide who the winner is. Completion of the contest and contact with the winners: Each week we will inform who has been the winner. This information will be given through Instagram and other social networks by Port Adriano profiles; the name of the winners will be public. In case of not being able to contact with the winners within the period of 7 days from the announcement day, the organization will be relieved of any liability and will choose another winner/a.     Law of Data protection, terms and conditions ( as per Spanish regulation)  5) Protección de datos De acuerdo con la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos, los datos facilitados, serán incorporados a un fichero propiedad de Port Adriano cuya finalidad es gestionar la presente promoción, así como informar de futuras acciones promocionales y comerciales relacionadas con dicha entidad. La empresa organizadora se reserva el derecho de eliminar justificadamente a cualquier participante que defraude, altere o inutilice el buen funcionamiento y el transcurso normal y reglamentario de la presente promoción así como la resolución de cualquier cuestión derivada de la presente actividad promocional. 7) La organización del concurso Instagram se exime de toda responsabilidad por los daños y perjuicios de cualquier naturaleza que se puedan derivar del uso indebido de las imágenes así como la vulneración de los derechos de propiedad intelectual que pudieran producirse. 8) Disposición adicional sobre la Responsabilidad de la Promoción Instagram no patrocina, avala ni administra de modo alguno este concurso, ni está asociado a él.
