Ara Malikian presents his Intruso (“Intruder”) tour — a deeply personal journey that begins with the anguish of not fitting in anywhere, and ultimately embraces the richness of his multicultural identity to find a sense of home in the entire world through art and music. In the musician’s own words:
In Lebanon, I was not considered “Lebanese” enough because I was of Armenian origin. Armenians did not consider me “Armenian” enough because I was born in Lebanon. When I settled in Europe, I was not considered “European” because I had not been born in Europe.
This experience was also reflected in my relationship with music. Every note resonated with the nostalgia for a home that did not exist — a place where I never fully belonged.
However, this condition of being an “intruder” gave me the opportunity to explore and enjoy fascinating music and cultures outside my own tradition, contributing my own voice and multicultural experience.
Thanks to my condition as an “intruder,” I have discovered that the whole world is my home. My home is in my body and soul — an infinite space where identity transforms and music becomes a universal language.
Port Adriano welcomes one of the most acclaimed violinists, Lebanese artist Ara Malikian, who will perform for the third time in the spectacular Mediterranean seaside setting of the port on Friday, July 31.

No. Food and drinks purchased outside the venue are not permitted.

Yes. You may bring:
-Reusable water bottles (please note that there are no water refill stations inside the venue).
-Plastic bottles of water, provided the cap has been removed.
At what age is a ticket required?
Children under the age of 3 may enter free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat.
Children aged 3 and over require a valid ticket, as they are considered to occupy a space.
Is there a recommended minimum age?
There is no minimum age for attending the concert. However, due to the volume of the music and the duration of the performance, the event is recommended for children aged 8 and over.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. The venue is accessible for wheelchair users.

Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted inside the venue, with the exception of accredited assistance dogs.
Is there a bar on site?
Yes. There will be a bar inside the venue serving drinks and snacks.

A designated smoking area will be available next to the bar. We kindly ask all attendees to use this area only and to follow any instructions given by the event staff.
How do I enter the venue?
Tickets must be presented for validation, either digitally or in printed format.
Once a ticket has been validated, it cannot be used again.

Any lost property that is found will be handed in to the Port Captain’s Office.
