German chef Gerhard Schwaiger, with two Michelin stars, runs the kitchen of this establishment that oozes his philosophy, with reinterpretations of the classics and new proposals. Cuisine with a Mediterranean soul, open to the world, based on local products on which he intervenes a minimum in order to respect their essence. The establishment, situated on the second floor of the Son Moix building and with views of the Serra de Tramuntana, is a cool, contemporary space designed by Virginia Pérez.
