This is the simple, informal version of the cuisine of Marc Fosh, the first British chef in Spain to be awarded a Michelin star. Is located in the Refectory of the Hotel Convent de la Missió, a 17th-century building in the old town of Palma. Mediterranean cuisine menu made using fresh, local, seasonal produce, daily set menu and taster menu. Pleasant modern decoration, room in a glass-enclosed room with a fantastic terrace.
