Ever since it opened in 2012, this has been a space designed transmit and share Marga Coll’s love of excellent cuisine: the former dining room of a 19th-century Mallorcan house where the cook and her siblings grew up. The menu is written out every morning, with dishes that change with the season and depending on the produce available in the market, which the chef visits every day. Marga Coll has worked in different prestigious establishments and has run the Amadip Esment restaurants.
