Tomeu Caldentey, the owner and head chef of Es Molí d’En Bou, delivers with his creative cuisine based at all times on Mallorcan gastronomy with a very personal perspective. In its 2004 to 2016 editions the Michelin guide distinguished the restaurant with the coveted star, making Tomeu Caldentey the first Mallorcan to possess this award. You can find it on the first storey of the hotel Protur Sa Coma Playa. Always surprising, a delight for the senses.
