Japanese-Mediterranean fusion cuisine. A good choice by Mallorcan chef Tomeu Martí, winner of the national young cooks prize in 2002. His menu includes traditional Japanese dishes with Mediterranean ingredients. Also a weekly set menu is available, as well as a taster menu comprised of aperitif, starters, main meat and fish courses, pre-dessert and dessert. Reservation advisable.
