Regional cuisine based on ecological agriculture. Chef Andreu Genestra combines creativity and classical flavours, cooking the vegetables from his own garden with selected meats and fish from the boats of Cala Rajada, which is just two kilometres from the restaurant. Three years later, the Michelin guide has awarded him a star and the Repsol guide has acknowledged him with three suns.
